Jasmine Gilbert of Seattle, Wash. models a pair of "Digilegs" at the 4th Annual Maker Faire Festival on Saturday, May 30 in San Mateo, Calif. Gilbert and fellow artist Pavel Amigud said the legs took over a year in research and development and over 100 iterations to reach the current working configuration. Gilbert said "The legs are very comfortable, I can walk for hours in them". Maker Faire is held annually in San Mateo and is billed as the largest "Do it yourself" festival in the world.
